Packed with juicy ground pork, seasoned with just the right blend of spices, and nestled in soft tortillas!
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes or until they become fragrant and translucent.
Add the ground pork to the pan and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it’s browned and cooked through.
Stir in chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes to taste the taco seasoning and evenly coat the pork.
Add the tomato sauce and chicken broth to the skillet. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
Warm your tortillas in a dry skillet, in the oven, or in the microwave.
Place a spoonful of the ground pork taco meat on each tortilla. Top with your choice of toppings.
