Made using ham, rice, eggs, and vegetables all pan-fried together in one pot with soy sauce, this is a simple fried rice recipe that’s packed with flavor.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add garlic and cook 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
Add corn and peas. Saute another 2-3 minutes.
Mix in chopped ham and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add cold cooked rice to the skillet and cook 5 minutes, or until heated through.
Mix in ham bone broth and soy sauce, then top with sliced green onions. Stir to combine completely.
Create a hole in the center of the fried rice by pushing it to the edges of the pan. In the center, crack eggs and whisk together to scramble.
