Air Fryer Mushrooms

You will need...

Portobello mushrooms Flour Eggs Panko breadcrumbs Garlic powder Onion powder Smoked paprika Italian seasoning Salt and pepper  Olive oil spray

Recipe Tip:

It’s important to use oil with a high smoking point such as extra light olive oil. Do not use a non-stick spray.

Flour Bowl

Clean and dry mushrooms. Chop them into quarters.

Pour flour onto a plate. Whisk eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs with seasoning ingredients.

Coat mushrooms in the flour. Then dunk them in the eggs. Finally, toss them in breadcrumb mixture until they are coated.

Spray oil on the mushrooms and air fryer tray. Arrange the mushrooms evenly on the tray.

Turn the air fryer on and set the temperature to 360 degrees. Air fry for 7 minutes, serve and enjoy!
