Plump and juicy on the inside, with a buttery, delicious homemade buffalo sauce. What could be better?
Using just 5 simple seasonings and easy homemade wing sauce, these come together with just 10 minutes of prep!
Heat oven to 400°F. Lay the wingettes and drumettes on a flat surface and dry them with a paper towel.
Combine all of the seasoning ingredients into a bowl. Place wings in the bowl. Sprinkle half of the baking mixture over the wings.
Line a wire baking rack with foil. Fit the top portion of the rack firmly in the bottom portion. Place the chicken wings on the wire baking rack.
Bake for 45 minutes. Place wings in a bowl. Toss with buffalo sauce to coat completely.
Optional: Return the coated wings to the pan and place in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice and enjoy!
