Cauliflower Gluten-free flour Unsweetened soy milk Gluten-free panko breadcrumbs Garlic powder Smoked paprika Salt and black pepper Buffalo sauce of choice Spring onion
These are the perfect gluten-free, dairy-free, and meat-free alternative to buffalo chicken wings!
Cut cauliflower into pieces. In a bowl, combine flour, milk, and seasonings. Stir well.
Dip each piece in the batter, then into the breadcrumbs. Cover them completely.
Transfer to your air fryer. Make sure not to overcrowd.
Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, until golden-brown and crisp.
Add buffalo sauce in a separate bowl.
When done, toss them to coat with the buffalo sauce. Enjoy!
