Easy to make using leftovers or deli ham, this ham and cheese quiche is always a winner!

Preheat the oven to 375℉. In a bowl, whisk eggs. Then add heavy cream, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.

 Mix well, then top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella cheese, and baby spinach. Combine well.

 In a separate bowl combine diced ham and honey mustard. Coat ham pieces in honey mustard.

In a pie crust add your egg mixture and diced ham, spreading it out evenly.

Sprinkle with additional shredded cheddar cheese (optional).

 Bake for 40-45 minutes. Garnish with green onions, serve immediately and enjoy!
