I save the pan drippings to make this incredible turkey gravy recipe. It truly is the best recipe for turkey gravy – and it’s easy to make with only a handful of ingredients!

Flour Bowl

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.


Whisk in flour and thyme until they begin to lightly brown, about 1 minute.


Add pan drippings and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and bring to a simmer, stirring until thickened, about 5-8 minutes.


Stir in chopped parsley. Season gravy with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
