How To Perfectly Grill A Steak

– New York Strip Steaks 12-ounce steaks Asian Marinade for Steak – Soy Sauce – Balsamic Vinegar – Mongolian Fire Oil – Minced Garlic – Lemon Juice
In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients and stir.
Add steaks to the bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat grill to medium/high. Cook steaks for 1½ minutes, then rotate 30-45 degrees. Cook for another 1½ minutes, then flip the steak and repeat.
Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
