How to Smoke Ham Perfectly

You will need...

Boneless Ham Brown Sugar Maple Syrup Bourbon

Yeast Package

It's so easy!

The ingredients are simple, the recipe is easy, and ham in the smoker is delicious!

Flour Bowl

Preheat smoker to 250°F and place a rack on a baking sheet. Place ham on the prepared baking sheet.

Add ham to the smoker and cook for 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Place brown sugar, maple syrup, and bourbon in a small saucepan. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Pour glaze over the finished ham and use a basting brush to coat the entire ham thoroughly.

Slice and enjoy! Brush glaze between each slice for extra flavor!
