We’ll show you how to take the stress out of cooking a beautiful beef tenderloin!
Generously coat your beef tenderloin with the rosemary salt seasoning, patting it down.

Top with fresh rosemary, then seal it tightly inside of a zip-lock bag.

Attach sous vide machine to a pot of water and set to 140°F. Place bag of tenderloin into the water and clip it to the side. Cook for 2 hours.

Remove beef from the bag and place it on a plate. Heat butter in a skillet, then add garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add extra pinches of seasoning.

Add beef to the skillet and sear on all sides until golden. Add the drippings from the sous vide bag to the pan with the roast. Serve and enjoy!
