You will need...

Ground turkey Sesame oil Rice vinegar Garlic Ginger Coconut aminos Coleslaw mix Carrot Green onions Hoisin sauce Salt and pepper

Cook ground turkey in a skillet and drain if needed.

Add chopped green onion, oil, and vinegar.

Add ginger, garlic, coconut aminos, hoisin, coleslaw mix and carrots. Cook until the cabbage is wilted.

Stir in the remaining green onion and season with salt and pepper.
