These are the best key lime bars ever! Plus, they take no more than 30 minutes to prep and bake before cooling in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Crush graham crackers into crumbs. Pour crumbs into a bowl with melted butter. 1. Mix and add to the prepared baking pan.
Press the crust down. Bake for 10 minutes in your preheated oven while you make the key lime pie filling.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese. Beat in egg yolks and finally, beat in condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
Pour the filling over the crust in the pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Once it cools off, add to the refrigerator and let it chill for 2 hours.
Cut into 16 bars. Top with powdered sugar if you like, serve, and enjoy!
