Lobster Ravioli with Sage Butter

A delicious homemade ravioli recipe that takes just 15 minutes to make!

You will need...

Pasta dough Cooked lobster Ricotta Lemon zest Salt and pepper Butter Sage leaves Garlic cloves

Yeast Package

It's so easy!

Fill the ravioli, cook, and add to an amazing sage butter sauce!

Flour Bowl

Mix lobster meat with ricotta, lemon, salt, and pepper.


Roll out pasta dough and cut into ravioli squares. Add filling and seal.


Boil ravioli for a couple of minutes. It will float to the top when done.


Melt butter in a skillet. When it bubbles, add chopped garlic and stir.


Add chopped sage to the garlic butter, then continue stirring until it becomes light brown and nutty.


After draining ravioli, drizzle the sage brown butter sauce over top.
