Lunch will never be a struggle again with my recipe for Pulled Pork Burritos!
Warm up your tortillas in the microwave or in a pan. Place the tortilla on a cutting board and layer it with small portions of carnitas, rice, and all chosen toppings.
Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards towards the center of the burrito.
Place the burrito in a skillet over medium heat, and toast both sides until golden brown.
Serve with extra crema, and enjoy!
