You will need...

pumpkin puree evaporated milk sugar eggs cinnamon pumpkin pie spice Yellow Cake Mix unsalted butter pecans whipped cream pumpkin pie spice

It's so easy!

You can easily make this pumpkin crunch cake in one pan for easy prep and clean up!

Flour Bowl

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and spices in a large bowl.


Pour in pumpkin mixture into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over the mixture. Pour over melted butter.


Top with pecans evenly. Bake 50 minutes to 55 minutes, or until the cake is firm, and cooked through.


Remove from oven, and serve hot or cold with ice cream. Enjoy!
