It's so easy!

All you need to do is roast the artichokes and mix the fresh basil vinaigrette, then toss it all together.

Flour Bowl

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place the artichoke on the sheet and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.


Place the shallot, lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in the bowl of your food processor.


Process for 30 seconds. Then, add basil leaves and process again. Pour in the oil. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Place artichokes in a serving dish and toss with the vinaigrette. Add capers, peppers, onion, parsley, and red pepper flakes.


Give it a taste and adjust with seasoning as needed. Toss everything together and enjoy!
