SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

with crescent rolls

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 lb. breakfast sausage - 6 large eggs - 1 cup heavy whipping cream - 1/2 tsp. salt - 1/4 tsp. pepper - 1/4 tsp. onion powder - 1/4 tsp. paprika - 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese - 1 cup shredded mozzarella - 16 oz. crescent rolls - 1-2 green onions

Step 1

Brown sausage in a large skillet, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and strain off grease and set aside.

Step 2

Whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Add cheese and stir well.

Step 3

Open crescent rolls and roll out flat on a greased baking dish.

Add sausage over the crescent rolls.

Step 5

Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.

Step 6

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes.
