Cut the potatoes and place them in a bowl. Microwave for 10 minutes. Then, cut the corn and slice the lemon.
Place potatoes, corn, a lemon slice, and shrimp into the center of one piece of foil.
Season with Old Bay seasoning, butter, and dried parsley and fold the foil packet.
