– Bottom round roast – all-purpose flour – paprika – sea salt – pepper – garlic powder – olive oil – fire roasted diced tomatoes

In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients and stir.

Add steaks to the bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Heat grill to medium/high. Cook steaks for 1½ minutes, then rotate 30-45 degrees. Cook for another 1½ minutes, then flip the steak and repeat.
