"Wow" your guests this holiday with my flavorful roast recipe! Every bite melts-in-your-mouth!

You will need...

Prime Rib Roast Kosher salt Olive oil Black pepper

Yeast Package

It's so easy!

Using only 4 ingredients and hardly any prep work, this recipe is so easy!

Flour Bowl

Salt roast all over the day before you plan on cooking it and refrigerate overnight, uncovered.


Preheat oven to 200°F. Place roast on rack in roasting pan. Rub all over with oil and black pepper.


Place in the oven for 4 hours. Remove roast and tent with foil to rest. Turn oven temp up to 500°F.


Once the oven reaches 500°F, remove foil and put the roast back in. Cook for 10-15 minutes. 


Transfer to a cutting board and rest the roast at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
