Slow Roasted Prime Rib Roast
Turns out so juicy and tender EVERYTIME!
You will need...
• 8 lb Boneless Prime Rib Roast
• 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 Tbsp Freshly Cracked Pepper

Salt your roast all over with 1 Tbsp. salt and refrigerate overnight

The next day, rub with 2 Tbsp. each olive oil and black pepper

Place inside your oven at 200°F for about 4 hours

Remove from oven and tent with foil for 20 minutes

Turn oven temp up to 500°F and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes
