Bell peppers Olive oil Onion Ground beef Cauliflower rice Italian seasoning Tomato sauce Garlic Fontina cheese Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper Red pepper flakes Fresh basil or parsley

A: Bake stuffed peppers at 400℉ for 15 minutes before filling them.

Q: How Long to Bake Stuffed Peppers at 350℉?

A: After your stuffed pepper have been filled, bake them at 350℉ for 20-25 minutes. 

Preheat oven to 400°F. Oil prepared peppers and season with salt and pepper. Place them in the baking dish.

Roast peppers for 15 minutes. Heat a skillet and add oil and saute the onion until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in garlic and cook. Stir in tomato sauce, cauliflower rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and cook.

Stir in half of the fontina and all of the parmesan. Spoon the mixture into the peppers and top with the remaining fontina.

Lower the oven temperature to 350°F. Bake peppers for 20-25 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
