London Broil


- 2 lb. London Broil steak - 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup soy sauce - 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp olive oil - 1 Tbsp. lemon juice - 1 Tsp. garlic powder - 2 Tbsp. brown sugar - 1/2 Tsp. powdered ginger - 1/4 Tsp. red pepper flakes - Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, powdered ginger, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes to create a marinade.

Step 2

Pour the marinade into a zip-lock bag, then add London Broil steak. Shake well and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Step 3

Remove steak from bag and set aside. Season steak with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.

Step 4

Grill at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes on each side.

Step 5

Meanwhile, pour steak marinade from the bag into a skillet over medium heat. Mix and let it simmer to thicken up.

Step 6

Remove steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly and serve with sauce on top! Enjoy!
