I’ll show you how to make the best fluffy  pancakes, and I guarantee you will love them!

You will need...

Egg Yolks Powdered Sugar Whole Milk All-Purpose Flour Baking Powder Egg Whites Salt

Yeast Package

It's so easy!

These are made with the same ingredients as the pancakes you’re familiar with!

Flour Bowl

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Place egg yolks in a bowl and the egg whites in the bowl of your mixer. Set aside the egg whites.


Add sugar to the yolks and whisk. Stir in the milk, then the flour and baking powder. Start whipping the egg whites with the salt, until you get stiff peaks.


Fold ⅓ of the whipped egg whites into the rest of the pancake batter. Grease pastry rings and a skillet with oil.


Place the rings in the pan and fill about half of the rings with the pancake batter.


Place the lid on the skillet and cook for 4 minutes.  Gently flip each ring with a spatula then place the lid back on for 3 minutes.


Top with everything from maple syrup, fresh fruit or chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
