How to Make a Charcuterie Board Plant-Based

Charcuterie boards are an easy way to serve up an entire platter of snacks for a party! Everyone will love this plant-based charcuterie board.

  • Board for charcuterie, such as a cutting board or large basket

Ingredients

  • Dandy Fresh celery
  • Dandy Fresh radish coins
  • Dandy Fresh radishes
  • Dandy Fresh celery sticks
  • Fresh Cravings Smokehouse Almond Dip
  • Fresh Cravings Creamy Garlic Almond Dip
  • Fresh Cravings Kickin’ Queso Cashew Dip
  • Teriyaki Tofu
  • Vegan Feta Cheese
  • Mini Toast Crackers
  • Lemon wedges
  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Ritz Crackers
  • Grapes
  • Mustard
  • Triscuit Minis

Instructions

  • Line a basket or board with parchment paper. Fill your celery sticks with dips and top with nuts and sunflower seeds. You can do this with a piping bag, condiment bottle, or a spoon.

  • Add your Fresh Cravings dips to bowls for serving and place where you like on the board along with a small bowl of mustard.

  • Spread crackers, whole radishes, and radish chips around the dip bowls.

  • Arrange large items on the board, such as your celery, celery sticks, cheeses, and Teriyaki tofu.

  • Size your board for your party. Anything from a small cutting board to a large flat basket is a great choice.
