  • 2 pounds brussels sprouts
  • cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix breadcrumbs with paprika, cumin, and turmeric in a bowl.
    1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1½ cups panko bread crumbs
  • Chop brussels sprouts in half and add to a separate bowl with olive oil and maple syrup, mixing together until all sprouts are coated.
    3 Tablespoons olive oil, 2 Tablespoons maple syrup, 2 pounds brussels sprouts
  • Add the breadcrumb mixture to the brussels sprouts bowl and stir together well to coat completely.
  • Evenly spread the brussels sprouts on your air fryer tray or in the basket, being careful not to overcrowd the air fryer. Air fry at 360°F for 8 minutes in batches until all brussels sprouts are done. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can air fry frozen brussels sprouts by adding them to the air fryer at 360°F for a total of 25 minutes. Halfway through the cooking process, carefully remove them from the basket to toss with seasonings, sauces, and breadcrumbs (if using). Add back to the air fryer for the remaining half time.
