Instructions
Add diced ham and sliced hard-boiled eggs to a food processor or blender. Pulse for several seconds until it reaches a smoothly chopped consistency (similar to chicken or tuna salad).
2 cups diced ham, 3 hard-boiled eggs
Place the ham and egg mixture in a bowl and add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sweet relish, diced celery, green onions, and honey. Mix together until fully incorporated, smooth, and creamy.
¼ cup sweet relish, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons celery, 2 Tablespoons green onion, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon honey, salt & pepper
Finally, add salt and pepper. Serve with crackers or on sandwiches with extra green onions for garnish and lemon wedges to squeeze over top, and enjoy!

If you don't have any leftover ham, your favorite deli ham is a great substitute.
You can use a food processor or blender to chop the ham salad. The consistency should be similar to chicken or tuna salad.
