Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish with cooking spray. Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat on the stove. Cook minced garlic until fragrant.

Add water and brown gravy mix. Cook until it simmers and thickens, about 10 minutes.

Bake fries according to package directions. Add them to the greased baking dish when ready.

Top fries evenly with cheese curds.

Finally, add the cooked gravy and a layer of pulled pork evenly over the top of your fries and curds.

Bake for 10 minutes in your preheated oven. Serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Try changing up the flavor of your poutine by using different pulled pork! I like to make my pulled pork several different ways - teriyaki, BBQ, with peach sauce, and a spicy Portuguese version that's just delicious.
