Preheat the oven to 425°F degrees.
Carefully roll out the pizza crust onto a flat surface. Evenly spread cream cheese onto the pizza crust.
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust, ⅓ cup whipped cream cheese
Layer pizza sauce on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and then the remaining mozzarella.
2 cup shredded cheese, ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup pizza sauce
Season with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Evenly layer with pepperoni.

Carefully roll pizza crust into a tight log.
Using floss, serrated knife, or pizza cutter, slice each roll into 1-inch sections.
Brush each pizza roll with garlic butter. Transfer pizza rolls onto a greased baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
