Ham and Cheese Quiche

My Ham Quiche recipe is packed with honey mustard ham, gooey cheese, and spinach, all baked in a buttery pie crust and ready in 45 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 6 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half and half
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ cup chopped cooked ham
  • 2 Tablespoons honey mustard or dijon mustard
  • ½ green onion chopped - optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉. In a large bowl, carefully crack 6 eggs and whisk well. Once eggs are whisked add in heavy cream, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Mix well.

  • Top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella cheese, and baby spinach. Combine well.

  • In a separate bowl combine diced ham and honey mustard. Coat ham pieces in honey mustard.

  • In a pie crust add your egg mixture and diced ham, spreading it out evenly.

  • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese (optional).

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the middle is not gooey. Garnish with green onions, serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Check on your quiche as it bakes. If the crust is browning to quickly, cover the outside ring of crust with foil to prevent it from browning any further.
  • Bake quiche on the bottom rack of your oven! This helps ensure your quiche will cook evenly.
  • Allow your quiche to rest for a few minutes before cutting it into slices. This will give it time for the eggs to set, and each slice will keep its shape.
