4 Chicken Thighs 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger Minced 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced ½ cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce 1 Leek 1-2 Bok Choy Halved or Quartered Depending on Size
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 375F
Heat a skillet
Sear chicken, skin side down for about 5 minutes, until golden brown
Deglaze pan with remaining marinade from mixing bowl
Add the vegetables
Transfer to oven and bake for 40-60 minutes until the chicken reaches 165F
