Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup flax seeds
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • cup honey clover honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a food processor, combine 1 cup rolled oats, ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, ½ cup flax seeds, ½ cup peanut butter, ⅓ cup honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Pulse until well combined.
  • Using your hands, form into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet, not touching each other.Freeze about 30 minutes until set. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. If you don't have a food processor, no worries. you can mix everything by hand in a mixing bowl.
  2. If mixing by hand, be sure to purchase ground flax seed and the mini chocolate chip morsels.
  3. Be sure your baking sheet fits inside your freezer.
