Oven Roasted Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe
Make this pulled pork nachos recipe for your next game day party or family night, and it’s a guaranteed hit! These skillet nachos and cheese are so flavorful, everyone will want a bite.
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups pulled pork see notes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 jalapeno sliced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1 small tomato diced
- lime juice from 1 lime
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- cilantro to taste
- 1/3 cup sour cream or Mexican crema optional
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread 1 bag of tortilla chips evenly in a skillet.
Top with 2 cups of pulled pork.
Cover evenly with 2 cups of shredded cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chips are crispy.
Remove from oven and add toppings like 1 sliced jalapeno, 1 diced avocado, 1/4 cup corn, 1 diced small tomato, 1/4 cup red onion, cilantro to taste, and lime juice squeezed from 1 lime.
Top with a dollop of sour cream or Mexican crema, about 1/3 cup, for extra creaminess.
