Air fryer ham has a perfectly crispy, sticky skin, and will save you time and space in your oven so you can get all of your holiday cooking done without any hassle!
- 5 lb. ham boneless, pre-cooked
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. sriracha
- ½ stick butter melted
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 green onions sliced
Combine ⅓ cup honey, 2 Tbsp. sriracha, ½ stick melted butter, 1 tsp. garlic powder, and 2 sliced green onions in a bowl and mix well.
Score your ham by making shallow, even cuts across the top in one direction, and then again in the opposite direction.
Lay on top of a sheet of foil large enough to wrap around it entirely.Brush on about ⅓ of your honey glaze using a spatula or silicone basting brush. Make sure not to use all of the glaze – you will need it again.
Cover entirely with the foil. Place in the air fryer and cook at 300°F for 20 minutes.
Once 20 minutes is up, unwrap and brush on another ⅓ of your honey ham glaze. Wrap the ham in foil again, and cook for another 20 minutes.
After the final 20 minutes is up, remove the foil.Brush the remaining glaze on top. Then, fold the top of the foil into an edge.Cook at 360°F, uncovered, for 5 minutes, to caramelize the outside. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
- Scoring allows the glaze to seep in as it cooks, creating an overall juicy and delicious dinner ham recipe.
- Cooking and glazing in intervals allows for a greater depth of flavor.
