Air Fryer Ham with Sriracha Honey Ham Glaze

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. ham boneless, pre-cooked
  • cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. sriracha
  • ½ stick butter melted
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Combine ⅓ cup honey, 2 Tbsp. sriracha, ½ stick melted butter, 1 tsp. garlic powder, and 2 sliced green onions in a bowl and mix well.

  • Score your ham by making shallow, even cuts across the top in one direction, and then again in the opposite direction.

  • Lay on top of a sheet of foil large enough to wrap around it entirely.
    Brush on about ⅓ of your honey glaze using a spatula or silicone basting brush. Make sure not to use all of the glaze – you will need it again.

  • Cover entirely with the foil. Place in the air fryer and cook at 300°F for 20 minutes.

  • Once 20 minutes is up, unwrap and brush on another ⅓ of your honey ham glaze. Wrap the ham in foil again, and cook for another 20 minutes.

  • After the final 20 minutes is up, remove the foil.
    Brush the remaining glaze on top. Then, fold the top of the foil into an edge.
    Cook at 360°F, uncovered, for 5 minutes, to caramelize the outside. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
