Amazing Instant Pot Carrots Recipe

Instant Pot Candied Carrots are ready in no time! Made with a maple syrup and brown sugar glaze, these carrots taste delicious. Perfect for a holiday meal!

Ingredients

  • 7 whole carrots
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Stir maple syrup, brown sugar, and sliced green onions together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed together.

  • Slice the stems off of your carrots, and then peel them. You can also use whole carrots that have already had the tops cut off.

  • Place carrots at the bottom of your Instant Pot, then cover with the glaze mixture.

  • Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. When 4 minutes is up, release the pressure, serve, and enjoy!
