  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup walnuts lightly chopped
  • 1 box yellow cake mix 15.25 ounces

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Butter a 9x13" baking dish with your butter stick before melting it.

  • Add 2 cans of apple pie fillings to the baking dish.

  • Sprinkle the cinnamon and walnuts over the apple pie filling.

  • In a bowl add the cake mix and butter.

  • Mix with a fork until fully combined. Don't over-mix it.

  • With clean hands sprinkle the cake mix crumbles on top.

  • Cook for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

  • You can make this a caramel apple dump cake by adding caramel sauce on top or mixed in with the apple filling - it is so delicious!
