It takes just 8 minutes to cook the steaks to a gorgeous medium-rare, and you wouldn’t believe how tender they are with a beautiful crust.
Even though the recipe calls for filet mignon, you can also use more budget-friendly cuts like chuck steak. Just be sure to marinate it first!
Season steaks on each side with Chicago Steak Seasoning. Pat down, then add to a covered plate and marinate 2 hours up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Remove and top with garlic butter and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
