Heat oven to 450° F.Heat a skillet and rub the pork with olive oil, followed by salt, pepper, and sugar.

Add the pork chops. Sear for 2 minutes. Add sage and turn the pork chops to sear the other side.

Add butter and let it melt. Gradually pour in chicken stock and marsala.

Mix well, then add thyme. Bring to a boil. Add the apples. Transfer the skillet to the oven.

Bake for around 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
