This is an easy prawn dish you will love on a busy weeknight. It takes just 15 minutes to make from start to finish!

– Frozen prawns – Flour – Paprika – Sesame seeds – Red chili pepper – Spring onion   SAUCE INGREDIENTS – Sesame oil – Soy sauce  – Honey – Sesame oil – Sweet chili sauce – Rice wine vinegar – Garlic powder

Tender prawns stir fry smothered in a homemade sweet and spicy chili sauce!

Place prawns into a bowl and sprinkle flour and paprika. Mix well.

 Add sesame oil to a hot pan.  Add prawns and stir fry until pink. Remove from the heat.

Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, and garlic powder.

Return the pan to the heat and pour the sauce over the prawns. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in the chilli and spring onions. Serve with rice and sprinkle over sesame seeds. Enjoy!
