GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES

Tender cuts of top sirloin steak seared and dripping with garlic butter sauce. Using only simple ingredients, this is an easy sirloin steak recipe that's perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as an appetizer.

Let's get started!

Pat 2 lbs. steak dry and cube into bite-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Once heated, add steak in a single layer (you may have to cook them in batches.)

Cook for about 2 minutes without stirring, then give them a stir and cook for a couple of minutes more, until browned on all sides.

Remove from skillet to a dish. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic butter, allow to melt.

Place steak back into skillet and mix with garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional)
