Olive oil Sirloin steak Salt Pepper Butter, salted Garlic Parsley
Ready in just 15 minutes with just a handful of simple ingredients, this is an easy steak recipe that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as an appetizer.
Pat steak dry and cut into pieces. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Once heated, add steak in a single layer.
Cook for 2 minutes without stirring, then give them a stir and cook until browned.
Remove from skillet to a serving dish.
Reduce heat to medium and add garlic, butter and parsley. Allow to melt and then pour over steak bites.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
