Large Stuffed Mushrooms!
The prep is so easy and with just 20 minutes of bake time and simple ingredients!
Preheat oven to 400°F. Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems. Oil a baking sheet and place the mushrooms facing up.
Mix together oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the mushrooms. Top with a thin slice of butter.
Bake for 15 minutes. Mix together Parmesan and Mozzarella. After the 15 mins, top with the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
Once cheese is golden and bubbly, remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
