It is so easy to make inexpensive steaks taste as delicious as an expensive ribeye. This recipe is the answer!

Flour Bowl

Add of the marinade ingredients to a bowl and whisk well.

1

Place the steaks in a flat-bottomed pan. Pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

2

Place all of the butter ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.

3

Scrape butter onto a piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a log. Pinch the ends and place in the fridge and allow to harden.

4

Move the steaks to the indirect heat, cover, and continue to grill until they reach your desired level of doneness.

5

Remove steaks and place a pat of the compound butter on top. Cut into strips and serve. Enjoy!
