In a large mixing bowl, add the beef, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon mustard powder, parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, and A1 sauce. Mix until combined, but don't over-mix! 35-45 seconds is enough.
2 lbs Ground beef, ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs, 2 Eggs, ½ cup Yellow onion, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon Dry mustard, ¼ cup Parsley, 1 teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Pepper, 3 Tablespoons A1 Sauce
Form the mixture into a loaf shape, then place it in the slow cooker, making sure there's plenty of space around the sides for the carrots and potatoes. Pour the beef broth around the loaf.

Slice the carrots into large disks, then place them and the potatoes around the edges of the loaf. Mix the remaining mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper along with the basil and paprika. Then sprinkle it over top the meatloaf.

Cover, and set to LOW for 7-8 hours, or HIGH for 3-3½ hours. Once done, combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, brush over the meatloaf, and serve!
