Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup fried onions crushed
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley divided
  • 8 ounce cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 Tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 Tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a skillet, add the butter and melt it over medium heat.

  • Add the panko breadcrumbs to the skillet and stir for 3-5 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.

  • Remove the breadcrumb mixture from the skillet and transfer it to a bowl.
  • To the bowl, add the crushed fried onions and 1 teaspoon of parsley, and mix until combined. Set aside.

  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with a fork for 2-3 minutes, or until it becomes creamy.

  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, dried dill, dried chives, the remaining 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper to the cream cheese. Mix until fully combined.
