  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Chili powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for serving

Instructions

  • Zest the lime, then combine the lime zest, chili powder, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix well.

  • Place the uncooked corn on a dish. Sprinkle with fresh lime juice, then the seasoning mixture.
