Ingredients

  • 3 Broccoli Crowns
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt I recommend Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the broccoli crowns into bite-sized florets using a knife or kitchen scissors, then place them in a large bowl.

  • Drizzle the florets with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss thoroughly to ensure an even coating, as broccoli florets tend to absorb oil.
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on the air fryer's tray or basket. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes. Remove the basket, toss the broccoli, then return to the fryer and cook for another 8 minutes.
  • After cooking, allow the broccoli to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
