Homemade Cajun Seasoning

3 Tablespoons Smoked paprika 2 Tablespoons Salt 2 Tablespoons Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon Black pepper 1 Tablespoon White pepper 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning ½ Tablespoon Cayenne pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk well to combine.
3 Tablespoons Smoked paprika, 2 Tablespoons Salt, 2 Tablespoons Garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon Black pepper, 1 Tablespoon White pepper, 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning, ½ Tablespoon Cayenne pepper
Store in a spice jar for up to six months!
Add extra cayenne or red pepper flakes for more heat.
Mix black and white pepper for enhanced flavor; but, one type can substitute for both!
Cajun seasoning is versatile; great on pasta, steak, chicken, and Cajun shrimp!
