Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Dried basil
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried thyme

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well.
2 Tablespoons Dried basil, 2 Tablespoons Dried oregano, 2 Tablespoons Dried rosemary, 2 Tablespoons Dried parsley, 1 Tablespoon Dried thyme
  • Pour the mixed seasonings into a small jar and store in the pantry until ready to use!

Notes

    • Feel free to mix up the proportions to your tastes! If you love rosemary, add more to the mix. Looking for spice? Add in red chili flakes!
    • If you're really in a pinch, you can use equal parts basil and oregano or thyme for a very basic seasoning.
    • For a more complex flavor, add in a teaspoon of Marjoram or ground sage!
    • There are tons of great ways to use this seasoning. Try adding it to vinegar and olive oil for Italian dressing, sprinkle it on roasted veggies, top a sandwich with it, or sprinkle it over popcorn!
