Air Fryer S’mores Recipe

Our Air Fryer S'mores Recipe will change the way you make s'mores at home! Making s'mores in your air fryer is easy and fun. It takes less than 10 minutes, and they are so delicious!

  • Air fryer


  • 4 graham crackers broken in half
  • 18 marshmallows cut in half (mini or regular)
  • 6 pieces milk chocolate bar from 1 large chocolate bar


  • Preheat your air fryer to air fry at 380°F. Prepare your air fryer pan by wrapping it with aluminum foil. Break 4 graham crackers in half (don’t worry if they aren’t perfect!) and place 4 of the halves on the prepared pan.

  • Cut 18 marshmallows in half.

  • Stick 9 to each graham cracker in rows of 3, sticky side down.

  • Place the tray inside your air fryer and fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the tops of your marshmallows are a beautiful golden brown.

  • Once browned, remove them from the air fryer and top with a piece of chocolate and the other half of the graham cracker. Add them back to the air fryer for about 1-2 minutes more to help melt the chocolate.

  • And that’s it- you will have the most delicious baked s’mores ever! Serve and enjoy!

  • Use milk chocolate for best results!
  • Melt the chocolate a bit more by placing back in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes after cooking.
